Founder and Head Cheer Instructor
Cressie began competitive cheer in the 4th grade and capped her illustrious career as an NCA cheerleader. Additionally Coach Cressie has over 10 years coaching experience, that has resulted in multiple awards including taking her team to winning several IRCA state championships 3 years in a row!
As a National Board Certified teacher for 10 years with her Master’s Degree in Education, she is able to connect with her students and understands how each child may need different tools to learn at their own pace. Her appreciation for learning at all levels, has allowed her to take her teaching skills and apply them to a sport she knows, loves and has a passion for. It is with this passion that she hopes to influence young cheerleaders to know that their individual goals can be met and how their contribution, no matter what technique they are best at, will be a contribution to the team!

Jayson Polad
Stunts & More
Jayson Polad is currently the head coach for the 6 time state champion Lincoln-Way East varsity cheer team. Along with his wife, Julianne, he has been running the East cheer program since 2013. Jayson cheered for the nationally ranked Northern Illinois University cheer team and placed 18th in the nation in partner stunts at UCA college nationals. Jayson holds a vast knowledge in all skill areas of cheer as well as what it takes to prepare a team to perform at the best of their abilities. He specializes in stunt progressions and techniques. He lives with, like a hundred people and looks forward to getting out of the house and teaching your kids every Thursday.
